Coil Insights helps vending operators monitor machine performance, inventory, route activity, alerts, and business reporting. This policy explains the information we collect and how it is used.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, password credentials, and user role.
- Business and machine information, such as vending locations, machine names, planograms, products, stock levels, routes, addresses, and operator-entered settings.
- Connected vending data, such as sales, payment method summaries, inventory changes, alerts, and telemetry imported from connected operator systems.
- Uploaded content, such as stock room or receipt photos submitted for inventory or purchase analysis.
- Usage and diagnostic information needed to keep the app secure, reliable, and useful.
How We Use Information
- To provide account login, onboarding, and authorized access to an operator's vending data.
- To generate dashboards, alerts, recommendations, restock planning, mileage records, and financial reporting.
- To process uploaded images when the user asks the app to identify inventory or receipt information.
- To improve reliability, troubleshoot errors, protect accounts, and support customers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the app, process user-requested analysis, host the service, secure accounts, or comply with legal obligations.
Security

Retention and Choices
